-Answering phone calls
-Responsible for assisting the recruiter with recruiting the right candidates who are matched with specific jobs
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Conduct interviews
-Onboard new employees
-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
-Post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
-Job Fairs
-Maintain accounts by communicating on a weekly basis, via telephone, email, or client visits
-Maintain KPI's in Microsoft Excel
