Job Description

As a Business Development Recruiter, you play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. Your responsibilities include:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
1. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Business Development:
1. Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
3. Leverage your existing network of contacts to jump-start new lines of business.

Candidate Assessment and Selection:
1. Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops with hiring teams.
3. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research and Trends:
1. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
2. Identify potential areas for business development and talent acquisition.

Collaboration and Communication:
1. Work closely with business development teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
2. Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Metrics and Reporting:
1. Track recruitment metrics (e.G., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) and provide regular reports.
2. Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Skills:
1. High school diploma required; academic background in HR or related field a plus
2. Microsoft Excel knowledge/experience required.
3. Must have excellent customer service, communication, relationship building, and decision-making skills.
4. Must have compassion for others.
5. Must be able to quickly adapt to change and work well under pressure.
6. Previous recruiting experience a plus.
7. Automotive manufacturing knowledge/experience a plus.
