Position Summary:

Provide direct leadership and resources to Team Leaders and Technical Specialists to ensure goals and objectives within their areas of responsibility are met.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain all daily production requirements.
• Ensure business plan production goals are met.
• Ensure that all quality goals are accomplished and maintained.
• Check operation standards to actual line process.
• Plan and implement job rotation training.
• Check and maintain 5S requirements.
• Ensure associates have all necessary cleaning tools.
• Ensure associates are following all safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of time and attendance for all associates in Kronos system.
• Check and assist in the ordering and evaluation of new equipment.
• Perform C/M audits daily.
• Ensure to follow change point control in their respective area.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
• Verify production, scrap, and QAD reports
• Control and track all New Models

Position Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Associate degree is a plus.

• Self-motivation with good leadership.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills
