_Ability to Inspect Fabricated and Machined Parts
_Ability to Perform in line Inspection at Machines and or Work Stations
_Ability to to Perform First Article Inspection and Record all Data
_Knowledge of Use of Micrometers, Calipers, Veneer Calipers, Height Gauges
and Basic Inspection Equipment
_Ability to Record Results of all inspections
_Ability to Perform Receiving Inspection of Incoming Material from Vendors and
Suppliers, Record and Report all findings to Quality Manager
_Ability to Perform Final Inspection of Parts prior to Shipment and fill out
Inspection sheet along with Certificate of Conformance if needed
_Ability to Read and Interpret the Company Quality Manual
_Above Average Math Skills, Written and Verbal Skills
_Ability to Read Blueprints, technical Drawings and Schematics
_Working Knowledge of Welding Code AWS D1.1 and Ability to Read and
Interpret Weld Symbols
_Able to assist Quality Manager with conformance of ISO Standards to include
Document Control, Calibration, Updating Quality Forms and Company Processes
_High School Diploma or GED Required
_Technical Certificate in Mechanical Quality Control or Related Field a plus
_3 to 5 years' Experience in Fabrication and Machine Shop Setting with very
Good Organizational Skills
