Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving processes, and will be proficient in using various warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks for loading and unloading goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform order picking, packing, and preparation for shipment according to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and distribution.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and updating records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Handle packaging materials appropriately to protect products during transit.
• Support e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate processing of online orders.

Experience

• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have some knowledge of packaging
• Knowledge of carpentry
• Ability to load and unload trucks using forklift & or Overhead Cranes
• Prepare documents like bills of lading, work orders, and shipping orders
• Must have a valid state driver license and have clean motor vehicle record
• High school graduate or GED
