Staffing Sales & Recruitment Specialist

We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Recruiting Specialist to grow our client base while sourcing top-tier candidates for mission-critical roles. This dual-function position blends business development with full-cycle recruiting, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Development

•             Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
•             Conduct client outreach, presentations, and site visits to understand staffing needs
•             Develop customized proposals and service agreements aligned with SK’s compliance standards
•             Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and report on pipeline activity

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

•             Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
•             Build candidate pipelines for skilled, semi-skilled, and executive roles
•             Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and compliance documentation
•             Collaborate with clients to refine job descriptions and retention strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales (2+ years preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — warm, professional, and persuasive
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of employment law, onboarding compliance, and second-chance hiring practices
• Ability to travel for client meetings, plant tours, and industry events
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, MVR, and federal background check
• Valid driver's license
• Automotive and/or manufacturing knowledge preferred
